BSkyB profits slip on broadband launch costs (AFP via Yahoo! News)
Satellite broadcaster BSkyB reported a 9.4-percent drop in annual net profits on Friday as the group took a hit from its foray into the country’s competitive broadband Internet market.

XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., the pay-radio company that agreed to be bought by Sirius Satellite Radio Inc., reported a narrower second-quarter loss as subscribers increased 20 percent from a year earlier.
