MOSCOW, January 30 (Itar-Tass) — A new 24-hour satellite television channel, Zakon TV (Law TV), has started broadcasting in Russia. The main purpose of this project is legal enlightening of citizens , NTV Plus Director General Dmitry Samokhin said.
